12 Days of Restmas: A Free Daily Email Series for Grieving Hearts This December

The Holidays Can Be Hard - You’re Not Alone

December is often painted as the most magical month of the year. Filled with fairy lights, Christmas markets, children’s laughter, Santa Claus, and joyful gatherings. But for many of us navigating grief after infant or pregnancy loss, it can feel like the loneliest, most overwhelming time of all.

Every festive decoration can feel like a reminder of what we don’t have. Maybe you’ve experienced a miscarriage, a stillbirth, or a termination for medical reasons. Maybe your IVF journey hasn’t gone the way you’d hoped. Maybe you’ve never been pregnant, but always wanted to be. No matter your story, this season can stir up sadness, anger, numbness, and deep grief.

I’ve felt that too.

After four pregnancy losses, Christmas often feels hollow. I smile through the family events, play games, and do my best to enjoy the magic but inside, there’s always a part of me hurting. This year, I wanted to do something different. Something soft. Something sacred. Something for us.

So I created the 12 Days of Restmas

What is the 12 Days of Restmas?

It’s a free 12-day email series I’ll be sending out from 13th–24th December, lovingly crafted to bring you a moment of peace each day. Nothing big. Just 5–10 minutes a day for you.

Each email will include:

  • A gentle message from me, offering comfort and connection

  • A grounding or calming practice to bring you into the present moment

  • A journal prompt or reflection question to explore your emotions

  • A grief ritual or remembrance moment to honour your babies or dreams

  • A self-care idea such as calming YouTube sound baths

  • A beautifully designed PDF you can print or use digitally for journaling

No pressure. No tasks. No need to “fix” anything. Just a little space to feel whatever you’re feeling — sadness, anger, longing, numbness, love — and to rest.

Who is this for?

If you’re grieving during the holidays whether from:

  • Miscarriage

  • Missed miscarriage

  • Stillbirth

  • Termination for medical reasons

  • Ectopic or molar pregnancy

  • Infertility or unsuccessful IVF

  • Neonatal loss

  • Or simply the pain of wanting children and not having them…

…then this is for you.

Grief is a heavy thing to carry alone, especially in a season full of noise, expectations, and family gatherings that might feel deeply triggering. The 12 Days of Restmas gives you permission to step away from that, just for a few minutes each day, and simply be.

Why I Made This

Honestly? I made it for myself.

I needed something this year to help me pause, reflect, and honour my own journey after nine Christmases without the children I thought I’d have. And then I thought… if I need this, maybe others do too.

So I’m sharing it with you. Not as an expert, not as a therapist, just as someone walking this path too, someone who gets how December can crack your heart wide open.

How to Join

It’s completely free. No catch. No obligations.

👉 Just click here to sign up and pop in your name and email.

👉 You’ll receive your first Restmas email on 13 December.

You can follow along each day, save them for when you’re ready, or dip in and out as you need. There’s no wrong way to grieve and no wrong way to rest.

I hope this gives you a pocket of peace each day. A small moment to honour your heart, your journey, and your babies.
