Heal Your Way: A Safe, Self-Paced Course for Life After Infant Loss

Pregnancy or infant loss changes every part of life including your body, mind and soul. Finding safe, non-triggering resources can feel impossible, especially when well-meaning yoga classes, meditations or even friends’ advice bring painful reminders. That gap is why I’ve created Heal Your Way, an online, self-paced course designed by loss mums, for loss mums.

Why this course exists

I have lived through four different losses—early miscarriage, termination for medical reasons, missed miscarriage and an unsuccessful IVF cycle. Standard wellness spaces often left me raw: phrases like “happy baby”, visualising newborns, or prescriptive six-week programmes simply didn’t fit grief that spirals and loops. Heal Your Way meets you where you are today and offers tools you can dip into whenever you need them.

What you’ll find inside

The Heal Your Way course is thoughtfully divided into three key areas: Mind, Body, and Soul. Each section includes a range of practices and teachings from professionals who are also loss mums, so they don’t just understand the theory, they understand you.

In the Mind section, you’ll find tools to help you navigate your thoughts, emotions, and mindset. This includes journalling prompts to help you process what you’re feeling, coaching sessions to support boundary-setting with family and friends, and mindset work to gently shift how you relate to grief and healing. These lessons are led by a certified life coach who has also experienced infant loss, bringing both personal compassion and professional tools to each video.

The Body section includes gentle movement practices designed to reconnect you with your physical self in a safe and nurturing way. You’ll have access to trauma-informed yoga, breathwork and even tapping (EFT), all of which are guided by instructors who have been through loss themselves. These sessions are curated to avoid triggering language and pose names, so you can move your body without fear of being re-traumatised.

Then there’s the Soul section, which is about tending to your deeper self. Grieving, honouring your baby and figuring out how to keep living after loss. This includes meditations, sound baths and reflective practices that support emotional integration and spiritual healing. These aren’t fluffy, performative wellness tools, they’re deeply intentional and supported by both science and lived experience.

Every part of the course is created with care and awareness. There’s also a habit tracker and mood tracker included, so you can document how you’re feeling before and after a session, and begin to recognise which tools actually help you. Whether you’re seeking calm before a baby shower or comfort after a bad day, the course meets you exactly where you are without judgement and without pressure.

Key features

  • Trauma-informed language: no triggering yoga pose names or imagery that might re-traumatise you.

  • Mood & habit tracker: notice which practices truly help and when.

  • Lifetime access: one-time fee ($299 until 28 Sept, $499 thereafter).

  • Science-backed lessons: every modality includes a short “Why this works” explainer.

  • Diverse faculty: every speaker is both an expert and a loss mum—they get it.

Is Heal Your Way right for you?

  • You’ve experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, TFMR, abortion, ectopic pregnancy, molar pregnancy, unsuccessful IVF or any other form of infant loss.

  • Traditional classes or therapy felt too triggering, too soon or simply not enough.

  • You want flexible support: a five-minute grounding breath before a baby shower or a full 45-minute yoga flow on a good day.

  • You prefer learning privately, on your schedule, with resources you can repeat as grief ebbs and flows.

If that sounds like you or someone you love, Heal Your Way offers a compassionate path forward.
